Chased them up for weeks for a renewal quote, was told there was a claim (fraudulent ) against me from April 2024 two working days before renewal. My trade policy no claims bonus proof from previous insurance was ignored, had to pay £1700 which was £700 higher due to them ignoring my documentation of proof of no claims ( they claimed I would be refunded the excess but it never happened) new renewal email arrived 3 hours before old policy expired and was 10 months at £535 £5350! More than triple my previous insurance and 5 times what it should have been . A full file has been sent to the Financial Services Agency . They use brokers who use Clegg Gifford, who then use other insurance companies like markerstudy. My policy was with Watford insurance based in Gibraltar. No online MID access so have to go back to the broker who rarely adds vehicles for a few days .

They was great until I paid them. Once they had my money, the service was atrocious. The guy I was dealing with at the Romford office became rude and was no help at all. Wasn't even trying to help me with the issues I was having. I was told my policy documents would be with me shortly after my payment and my cars would be on MID within 48 hours, neither happened for nearly a week. If they was honest to start with, I wouldn't have had a problem at all. It's disappointing to be lied to just to gain my business.
Very poor service, tell you wrong insurance groups be aware !! If you’ve taken a policy out with this company please check you are insured to drive the vehicles, because the call centre give out wrong information.
Absolute joke this company. We have had traders with them for two years coming up three. We try and try to get through to speak to someone they just throw you from one to next, don’t listen when you say no one is answering the phone. You ring Friday at 5pm they answer straight away to tell you they are now shut to ring back Saturday morning. You ring Saturday nothing they are closed it’s disgusting when now me and my partner are left without insurance fuming does not cover how we feel. We now been ringing for a hour Monday morning nothing all we get his transferred back and fourth no one listens it’s a disgrace of a company.!!!!!!!
