Featherstone Post Office

I use this post office on a weekly basis, the young lass who works here is so friendly, always has a smile on her face, and she's quick. I've never had an issue using their services and my kids love coming with me to see and talk to them 😂.

I use this post office for convenience due to living in the area and every single time there is a queue outside the door. Absolutely ridiculous to only have 1 staff member on especially on a Saturday. Very poor service.

The ladies working there are a failure. If you want to send a letter abroad, they have no idea what to do and they say that the address must be in English only and it cannot be sent. At the post office in Pontefract, the lady arranged it in 2 minutes. However, it was possible to send

My Local Post office. The girls that work here are lovely, very good for posting royal mail parcels. Recently started accepting evri parcels. Not long ago I posted afew evri parcel I received a message from the buyer saying they had to pay 5.00 for it to be delivered by royal mail. This parcel was scanned at the shop and got mixed up in the royal mail parcel bag. Not happy about this and will not post evri parcels here anymore due to this its not acceptable and issue needs looking into.

Was having problems sorting car tax on a 2nd car I just bought- needed taxing asap. Online was giving me runaround. (Typical) The guy here was great, very helpful & guided me thru what I had to do to get up & running there n then!! Top stuff!!👍 all Road legal..
