King William Fireplaces

Great service from initial quote from Martin to final fitting. Carl and colleague arrived as planned with dust covers for carpets, getting to work straight away removing an existing gas fire and capping off the gas then bricking up the external wall using existing and provided bricks to an exceptional standard. Our new Elgin & Hall Pryzm Arteon 16" electric fire with Cast Stove front was fitted into an existing fireplace marble and surround perfectly. Instructions on how to use the remote control were clearly explained. Everything was left clean and tidy. Great guys and very friendly too. We have no hesitation in recommending King William Fireplaces.

We had a product related problem. The staff from KWF came out and got it all sorted for us. Very friendly guys, excellent job done. Thoroughly recommend them.

Does anyone know why they are closed, or why they won’t answer their phone. They have been closed over a month and haven’t completed the job.

Visited the showroom, picked out fireplace and fire and within a few weeks, our old fireplace and gas fire was removed and the new one, complete with new electric fire, was fitted in half a day.
