Had my carpets done and Lino a year ago brought up to him after the carpets were placed down about a line across my carpet to which he stated it would blend in overtime (it hasn’t hence the amount of time I’ve left for the review to give it chance. I have the same line across my stairs. The lino has stuff under it which has caused rough bumps across it along with sticky stuff that took ages to get off and the Lino is also too big for the area and doesn’t properly fit and this may not be the places issue so I could be wrong but the nails used in the separator things are rusty and some have fallen out unsure how. The carpet at the bottom step is also loose and constantly needs pushing back into place. Great guy very polite but pretty sure my home was a bodge job could be a one off but I’ve left it a while to see if any of it settled to which it hasn’t like he had stated.

Visited at 2.15 PM,shut. Thanks for the wasted time and diesel. How do you expect to stay in business if just shut up shop when you feel like it. Shame I can't give zero stars.
