Sat in a beautiful location but site is run by numpty’s. owner and manager don’t understand customer service if it hits them in the face. Once they have your money that’s it. Please don’t waste your money on a caravan here as they will have your pxxxx down and when you want to sell after realising you have been ripped off they will offer you peanuts. Avoid at all costs.
Always get a lovely welcome great cup a coffee and the food is all so nice and home made delicious
Such a lovely cafe, dog friendly, the staff were so kind and welcoming, the holiday park is beautiful, a great place to eat :)
Absolutely appalling site, was wonderful for many years but unfortunately a change in management has let it down. Ignorant and bullying behaviour with no customer service whatsoever
We just got back from spending three nights here and there’s a few negatives and positives for my family and myself... let me first point out that we would return and is already planning on returning. The negatives.... and the rain was a contributing factor to this one, the mud! On the site it’s gravelled and on either side of us separating each caravan is grass, as it’s been raining it was quite muddy. We went with the intent to put our caravan awning up and found that trying to peg the awning down on the gravel was a useless task and they kept bending as we tried to hammer them in... in the end we had to set it up on the grass with mud... it carried on raining a few days and around the caravan was a muddy slippy mess and the tarpaulin we laid as a ground sheet was filled with mud along with the bottom of the awning... another negative is that there’s nothing entertaining for teenagers. Our teenage son on the second day was bored out of his mind. The shower had a mind of its own on one occasion when I was in the middle of my shower it decided to stop leaving me freezing and in addition it takes a little while to warm up. The positives is if you’re into nature walks it’s good for that. It’s peaceful and quite tranquil. It is also clean and the staff we encountered were warm and very accommodating, the bathroom is basic but the cleanliness is maintained. I would definitely recommend it for couples especially when it’s nice and dry.
