GT Service Centre

Found Gt Service Centre after BMW told me I would have to wait two weeks for an appointment with courtesy car and wouldn't even give a rough idea of the cost (apart from their horrendous hourly rate) even though it was obvious the fuel flap needed replacing. Called Tom who knew straight away what was required and was booked in for while you wait appointment two working days later. Took a bit longer than expected but still charged the price he had quoted over the phone. Quite simply the best experience I have ever had with a garage in 40 years of car ownership. Only a small job but I would recommend to anyone and will be back for any other work required on my 8 series BMW. Honest, friendly and reliable along with hourly rates that don't cause anxiety before you even drop the car off!

It is quite refreshing these days when you find a great, professional and caring, independent garage who do their very best to look after their customers. I am lucky to own a great second car. My hobby, A 2011 Mercedes 200SLK. Having retired recently, on limited income, I feel able to put my trust in Tom and his team. My third visit today. They are honest, up-front, competative and very helpful. It is a pleasure to be able to restore my faith in a decent, honest, hard working garage. Thank you! Mr.John Richard Powell.

Fantastic service on my wives Bentley...even dropped the vehicle back. nice touch Cheaper than Main dealer by far and better service. Who cares for Marble covered waiting rooms!!

Called on Thursday and they had us booked in for first thing Monday. The whole environment was professional and respectful of customers throughout and I received a warm and friendly welcome on arrival. The work we had done was completed within the day, in fact by 1pm, and was around a third of the price Volvo would have charged. Really happy with the service overall and won't hesitate to return to Tom and his team for future car needs.

Fantastic service from all the staff when I went to have my brake.pads replaced. They allowed 2 hours and took me to a nearby hotel for a break. They found my discs were in need of replacement and had to order the Mercedes parts from the supplier. They ordered them in the spot and it only delayed the fitting by about half an hour. I was able to see all my old pads and discs, nothing was hidden from me. The price was half what Mercedes wanted and they fitted Mercedes parts!! Such good and friendly ( and fast) service. Thank you guys. I’ll be back!!!
