Plumber

<p>Encon Staffing are looking for a Plumber to work on a Prison in YO41.</p> <p>Hours to fit the site 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-4pm Friday.</p> <p>The man purpose of the position is to ensure the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme is completed in line with specifications and Work Packages.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Routine and non-routine maintenance</li><li>Fault finding</li><li>Identification of life expired equipment</li><li>Check, repair and make good faults and life expired equipment</li><li>Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment</li><li>Mains water supply repairs</li><li>Ensure all works are carried out to the highest safety standards and to agreed method statements</li><li>Minimise wastage and continually improve processes</li><li>Ensure statutory works are carried out to time and that work is compliant</li></ul> <p>The role may include working at height and in all weather conditions.</p> <p>The position is temp to perm, you must have the appropriate trade qualifications.</p>
