Wonderfully peaceful walk down Porter Clough. A very biodiversity- plants and birds area. Two options, walk as far as Dam Forge for coffee and a snack then walk back, or, get a lift (buses only maybe twice a day to nearby Ringinglow), them complete the full walk to Endcliffe Park

Very nice trail with scenic view all the way. You can't help but appreciate the beauty of nature with lush green grass and lavenders all along the path - not to mention small water stream which makes soothing sound. So my suggestion- don't bring your headphone. Besides there is a car park which has ample places to park. Couple of benches to enjoy little feast/ picnic.

Free car park in perfect position to a number of walking and trail running paths. We got there around 9am on a weekend and there was still plenty of space, and it got full by the time we were leaving at around noon.

Ideal place to park for a walk down the valley or up to the source of the Porter.
