This is a lovely B&B in a quiet village, with about a ten minute walk to the village centre and bay. Janet is a wonderful host with plenty of local recommendations for eating out and places to go. The room was comfortable, the vegetarian breakfast was a treat including Janet's home-baked bread and it was a pleasure to stay here.
Brilliant hosts, super clean, fantastic breakfast, super big beds, beautiful garden, I can highly recommend.
Great location at top of lovely Robin Hood's Bay. Good, spacious, comfortable room with en suite. Very nice hostess, Janet, who does great veggie breakfasts with pkenty of choice and her own home made bread. She will give helpful recommendations about anything local.
Very nice couple run this place. Can't do enough for you. Highly recommend and will book again.
Absolutely 5*. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights a couple of weeks ago while we were exploring the Yorkshire coast. Janet and Steve were fantastic hosts. We felt very welcomed into their home from the minute we stepped in. Our room was a lovely size , as was the on suite bathroom and we both slept really well in the lovely big, comfy bed. Breakfast was vegetarian, which was one of the reasons we were attracted to the B and B. Very delicious and Janet even made home made bread for us to go with our breakfast. Gorgeous garden which we would have sat it , as kindly invited , had it not been raining. The B and B is in a beautiful setting with a lovely 15 minute walk to Robin Hood's Bay, which is a gorgeous little place with a quaint character and some lovely pubs. Overall, a fabulous 2 day stay that we couldn't fault. Thankyou both. We will definitely return to you next time we are in the area . Sue and Jeff
