A little disappointing, service / attention to detail lacking, main course came missing the primary ingredient (chicken) and of course it was the last dish to arrive out of those ordered so a remake wasn't ideal. My dish (pictured) came with the chicken I'd expected. When we raised the issue, instead of offering to reduce the bill or giving us a free drink, they said they'd give us a new portion of the dish to take away (presumably it's cheaper to cook two than know a couple if quid off the bill?) but they never bothered, we hung around after paying waiting for it but then just left, the staff were near impossible to make contact with, zero eye contact, no "is everything OK?" etc. Compared with other Wagamamas in the area it was nearly empty, I think I understand why now. I see there's a pattern of 5* reviews with named staff members here, generally a red flag for experienced Local Guides to spot as a venue posting fake reviews or reviews in exchange for freebies, approach with caution.

1st time and not for me didn't enjoy the food or service, ordered food and others had finished their mains then mine arrived. Not my taste of food. Nice inside and clean.

Lovely staff cannot fault the service however the food is beyond subpar. Teriyaki noodles advertised with all sorts of stirfry veg had precisely 2 leaves of pak choy….yes sure a few bean sprouts but that’s it.

So happy we were able to dine in and celebrate the grand opening of this new location. Our server Maddie was extremely helpful and wonderfully service oriented. The other staff we interacted with were equally friendly and upbeat. The decor and design of this location fit perfectly in the space with bright lighting and a spacious feel. All of the dishes we enjoyed were delicious, well presented, and freshly prepared. We highly recommend the sashimi salmon crispy otsumami to start. My husband loved his chicken and prawn yaki soba noodles fresh and hot from the wok. I highly enjoyed my shirodashi pork belly ramen down to the last slurp. It was also really convenient and easy to pay for our meal with the Soul Club app. We will definitely be back soon!

Sadly, although our waitress was really nice the service was lacklustre at best. The policy of the food arrives in any order was taken to the extreme. I had manage two starters and even polished off my main course before the drinks arrived. My three other guests had to make do with picking at the kimchi pot for most of my meal. Probably best to avoid this location for the foreseeable future.
