Definition Detailing ®

I recently bought a car from a dealership and once their air freshener had worn off, there was a very strong smell of smoke. The dealership recommended Definition Detailing and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Sam came when was arranged, did a very thorough job and left me with the car that I should have had originally. I will be using them for a regular car valet going forwards

We use Definition Detailing to valet our cars at work every month or so. It’s a really good quality service and they are very reliable. We will continue to use them and I would highly recommend their services to anybody.

I’ve used Sam twice now and he’s been spot on - he’s done a de-badge and a full valet and both were amazing. 10/10 for both, delivered on what he promised - did a professional job, talked me through it all and the results were amazing. Would highly recommend him!

Had Sam ceramic coat a new car that I bought,I would say the one and only new car I'll ever have. The job was done to a good standard, however I noticed a small mark, a bit of fluff, dirt, eyelash or something similar in the door handle. Sam had said any issues let me know,so I did. Over a year went by of phone calls,texts,answer phone messages. All the excuses you've ever heard then followed by just ignoring me. The mark is still there today and I'll pay someone else to remove it Sam while your busy with your excuses. Would not recommend at all!
