I’ve used the garage a few times, perhaps 3 max, as it was recommended as service had been fine up until when I needed my tyre replacing. I rang up in advance to arrange for my tyre to be replaced only to turn up and they said the tyre number (which I provided on the phone) hadn’t been written down so didn’t have the tyre and to come back next working day first thing. So I did, again, however when I arrived they said there was still no tyre and were supposedly just about to ring me. 2 wasted trips. No apologies either. Then said they’d ring me in the morning to let to me know if they were able to get a tyre, which they didn’t. This was 1st Sep (with original appointment 30th Aug) and got a call 10th Sep saying tyre had arrived (no communication in between). Safe to say I went elsewhere and got it done. Wouldn’t recommend going-forward.

Great garage. Always go out of their way to help whether it be an MOT, service or repairs. Would highly recommend

I have struggled to get a decent garage in Garforth. This has been the best one I have used by far. They are reliable and only do the work that is necessary talking you through other options, giving a reliable idea of when components will need to be replaced.
