Booked our car here for its MOT but my husband forgot to take it on the morning. Rang at lunchtime to explain and asked if it was now too late to bring. They were very accommodating and we got the passed mot'd car back within a few hours. It might have been different if it hadn't passed but thank you for your understanding and flexibility.
