Really impressed with the treatment I received here recently. Everything went ahead as specified, and none of my appointments were changed or cancelled. Everyone I spoke to in the run up to my main appointment were friendly, professional and polite. I was put at ease by some lovely nurses on the day, and everything was explained to me fully before the procedure took place. The clinic was lovely and clean and I felt really comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future if needed!

Having a nightmare dealing with them. Booked my first appointment that got canceled on the day because they said they didn't get the test results back. Re booked turn up for the covid test before to tell me they have booked it wrong can't rebook it and another procedure cancelled. To me it seems like the staff don't have a clue what they are doing. The woman at the test sit was really nice and apologetic but she could get anyone to talk to me regarding the issue. Days of starving my self and isolation. Avoid if you can!

Clinic staff and services were impeccable. Delivery time and delays are not their fault - Royal Mail is taking too long due to limited staff in pandemic conditions. If you want everything to be quick and help out in those difficult time, just drop your test directly to the clinic - not via post. Nick - massive thank you for the professionalism and support.

Beware of the parking there. We only went to get the hearing aid sorted approx 15mins to 1/2 hr. A week later I received a parking fine for £60 saying I’d stopped over the time limit of 3hrs. I 100% didn’t. I physically cant due to my health I can’t sit or stand for long periods so I know it would be impossible for me to stay that long plus I only went to a 15 minute doctors apt.. They are ripping people off with untruths left right and centre. You have a problem with a company which is scamming customers on your behalf. I will be warning all my friends & colleagues too. These car parking companies are untoward and if you look at reviews there are plenty of people getting ripped off and not happy. They’re giving you a bad name.

I had to go here for an endoscopy, but 3 days prior I had to also have a Covid test to ensure I was virus free. On the day of the endoscopy I was treated so well, every Nurse I dealt with spent as much time with me as I needed. I cannot fault this clinic and even though the procedure wasn't exactly pleasant, the care received was amazing.
