The team at this pharmacy are really helpful - I've always had great updates and advice and been happy with the service Great to have this on the doorstep with good hours to enable access outside of work hours Just wish it was open on a Wednesday too

No problems at all. Pharmacist was friendly and explained everything carefully.

One of the female members of staff lacks customer service skills and empathy. A smile would be nice but she just looks like she doesn’t want to be there unfortunately.

I’ve used this chemist for over 26 years with lovely staff and great service. But sadly today that changed. I was spoken to so rudely. The lady today even accused me of being rude when I became upset. Issues between GP surgeries and chemists should be dealt with directly and not expect the customer to do it for them. This was the most ridiculous situation… totally unnecessary.Very very disappointed and I still don’t have my prescription!
