SDK were contracted to deliver a highly technical roofing solution on a new circa. £6m, 8 luxury apartment development in Harrogate called 2 The Oval. The development had to comply with strict planning conditions due to its location in a key conservation area of Harrogate. Our appointed contractor needed to be sympathetic and fully understand the complexity of the buildings construction which focussed on very traditional methods with very detailed features. SDK delivered beyond our expectations giving professional guidance and advice at various stages of the build. The quality of work was exceptional, care was shown throughout the process and engagement with other trades exemplary. With reliable communication, experienced planning, the contract was completed on time and on budget. No surprises, we encountered no problems whatsoever and our expectations were managed at all times. Danny is a pleasure to work with, reliable, honest and his team work hard with his solid leadership. A highly recommended company who I wouldn’t think twice to work with again. Very good job completed by Danny and his team. Got three quotes, but got a good feeling about Danny when he visited. Could see a lot of his work on social media, so felt comfortable giving him the job. New roof quoted for and completed within only a few weeks. They worked in the freezing cold, and completed the job on schedule. Tidied up after themselves every day. Would highly recommend.

All very slick from start to finish. Came round to carry out quote within a couple of days of contacting them. Kept me informed all the way through. All arrangements sorted out centrally (scaffolding and skip). Scaffolding and skip came on the Monday and roof replaced Tue Wed & Thu. Great bunch of lads. Seemed very efficient and quick. All looks great. Would recommend👍

Excellent job done by Danny and his team. We had chimney removed, new roof, guttering & fascias and now roof over the front door. We had a quote within a week which was reasonable and arranged a date to do the job. Danny kept us informed when scaffolding, skip & materials were coming. He was put back because of the weather but really please with the finished job. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

I am very happy with the work done by Danny and his team. They worked incredibly hard and completed the job efficiently despite the challenging weather. They left everything clean and tidy when they’d finished. Unfortunately, the scaffolding company caused some damage, but Danny was excellent in resolving the issue professionally. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend their services.
