Hays Travel Garforth

Not used a travel agent for years but went in for some information about booking a New York trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Got flights & hotel booked for a cheaper price than we could find (& it would have taken us days to do the research!). Will definitely be using this Hays branch again. Thank you

Called in to book a cruise for 3 adults 3 kids after seeing their offer on Facebook. Sat down and left all my details. No one came back to me. Typical of the type of very poor customer service which seems to be normalised today - won’t be going back there.

Dismissed us entirely, handed us two brochures with no advice, probably just to get rid of us. Absolutely appalling service, I am very disappointed. Will not be booking with this travel agents, I encourage you all to follow this advice.

Only interested in taking your money , zero customer care . Unbelievable. No break down costs of holiday given , transfers were very poorly organised. Trip timetable was very badly organised. Knowledge of Thailand was poor. Stated all transfers were included , later revoked this statement. The schedule was unacceptable. I would have got a better planned timetable from the greengrocers on Main Street .
