My credit card company required a report to confirm that a Swytch kit wasn't fit for the purpose. The wheel didn't fit the front fork of my bike and I'm claiming a refund via Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. Having been turned down by several bike shops, Dave Rayner Cyclesports were happy to provide me with a report. I can't fault them. A report was provided within a few days which I've since sent off to my credit card company. I highly recommend Dave Rayner Cyclesports and will definitely be using them again when needed.

Having being let down due to never being available or contactable I decided to not bother anymore with my local bike shop in Barwick and I decided to give Dave Rayner bike shop a go on Garforth main street and was really happy that the person in charge here was able to assist in fixing my bike of it's screeching brakes in just a day or two and for a reasonable price. He was very approachable and friendly. The shop is small but packed with everything you would need for your bike, and he has the knowledge to do it for you if you don't want to attempt a repair yourself. I would definitely recommend this shop and will go again when needed in the future. Thanks Danny
