Absolutely useless, won't answer their phones by choice too because they say to email them. What good is that when I want to know if you have the two sizes I want in blazers as I missed the pop up shops as I was on holiday. Just want to know if their in stock before I travel because I'm not local or possibly save them or pay over the phone or know if you have them at all! Repeatedly trying to phone up and no answer. Really bad customer service when you know customers will have enquiries. All I can do is keep phoning or wait on a reply to my email.

Extremely poor service. No notification of delay with orders. Phone line is a voice message with no option to actually speak to someone. They do not respond to emails. This was suppose to be despatched a week ago. They will not be here in time for when my children go back to school. They sent me a text to say “ Hello Chloe thank you for your voicemail. Your order will be dispatched tommorow and be with you on Friday. We will credit the express delivery please allow ...”. This still has not been despatched and is not guaranteed to be delivered Friday. Also,there is no attempt of apologising. Will not be ordering from here again

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Even though we went less than a week before the start of term, there were still plenty of stock and sizes. The gent there took the time to help us try on blazers and advised on size etc. What is normally a chore was actually pleasant.

Really poor experience. Placed order online in July, and still waiting.....Lady in the shop was great and very apologetic, but clearly whoever deals with online orders could not care less. Not even "sorry" for the delay. If your child is in primary school, get your uniform from Asda, m&s etc, and avoid this place.

Visited the shop in Garforth on Thursday to get my daughter kitted out for school as well as my nieces. The customer service in the shop was absolutely appalling the man was rude and very I’ll mannered. I was disgusted at the way he spoke to my daughter she’s 9 years old and did nothing. I understand it’s a busy time but to be treated like we were was totally out of order. I won’t be returning!
