Thanks Google, reminded me to leave a review for the shop I'd visited... went in with a rough plan of what we wanted, guy said ill get back to you, no reply, chased it up, no reply, went elsewhere, spent 23k, friend was impressed, so he spent 26k, so a potential 50k lost by Creative.

Excellent Service from start to finish. We had a great appointment with Andy at the showroom where they totally redesigned our bathroom to match our dream. They turned up on time to start the refit, the 2 guys Adam & Mark were polite, friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure that we were happy with every detail as the week went on. They removed all their rubbish on the same day and left the place tidy each day they finished. The end product was Amazing and we were really happy with the work, they totally transformed our bathroom to match their promise of a Roll's Royce bathroom. Would highly recommend these guys and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Creative installed a new bathroom and en-suite for me. They did a fantastic job and we are delighted with the end finish. The team worked very hard and to a high standard. Professional from start to finish!

We had a bathroom suite installed three years ago. Since then: 1. The white bath panels have become severely discoloured. This is despite the assurances that Creative gave us at the time of purchase that the panels had been treated and would not discolour. 2. The sink has been installed incorrectly. Water is retained at the bank of the sink shelf instead of draining forward into the sink bowl. 3. The bathroom cabinet has been installed incorrectly and as a result the panel at the bottom of the cabinet is cracking. After tiring of making numerous phone calls only to be told that an agent would visit us to look at these defects (they never did) we visited the showroom again. The store manager was appallingly rude to us and agreed that these defects should not occur but refused to do anything about it. Avoid these cowboys at all costs!

The shop was not open when we went for our follow up appointment. the mobile number was not available and they never got back in touch to reschedule. very poor customer service
