Very patient company who waited while we finished all our decorating. Team in the store were really helpful and we were able to borrow swatches to test at home. Installation was quick and the carpet looks excellent and feels amazing!

Had 3 bedrooms and a staircase fitted today . Job completed to a high standard within a day . Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and polite and would definitely use again and recommend to others

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The team at Mosa Carpets were super helpful in helping me select flooring, lots of good advice and even loaned me books, so that I could be certain I was selecting the correct colour carpets. I had an extremely tight timescale for fitting, the team weren’t phased by this and pulled out all of the stops to meet the date I required. The customer service and communication was exemplary. Had lounge and dining room carpet fitted today and well what can I say. Absolutely cracking job they did. He was very thorough and professional checking everything to make sure it was perfect. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Can't thank you guys enough witill definitely be in touch when my next room is finished
