Brilliant Company. I needed a new laptop to replace an aging one. Alistair advised me which one for my needs, transferred my data over for a small charge. Up and running in a few days, wonderful. My husband has previously had a reconditioned PC from Ace, no problem. Plus after sales advice is spot on, even, if like me, not computer savvy. Thanks Alistair & Carol (& Kallie, ACE's friendly canine).

My reasonably new printer misfed and springs popped out. After trying to put them back in and not succeeding, I was advised by Epson to find a local company to check it out. Ace Computers got back within a few hours via email and were so helpful from that first contact. When I called in to drop my machine off, the process was explained well and when it turned out it couldn't be repaired, they organised everything under the warranty. Within a week (and only that long because I ran out of time to collect it), a new one was waiting in their store, and I'm finally able to print the essentials again. Efficient, quick, so helpful and problem solved. Thank you!

I had been searching for a custom-built PC for a while, and after being let down by another company, I came across this fantastic little shop—wish I had found it sooner! After browsing their website and selecting my parts, I wanted to double-check everything, so I visited the shop and was greeted by Alister. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, helping me finalize my build with a few expert tweaks to improve what I had in mind. Just one week later, my custom PC was ready for collection. I brought it home, set it up, and it exceeded all my expectations. I did encounter a minor issue with the Microsoft activation key, but one quick call to the shop resolved it effortlessly over the phone. Overall, it was a great experience, and I can’t recommend this shop enough. If you’re looking for a custom PC, this is the place to go!

Took my poorly laptop in and was very quickly given an assessment of what the problem was, how much it would cost to fix and how long it would take to fix. Couple of days later it was fixed and like new. Very nice people to deal with, no hard selling just sound, professional advice and very reasonable prices. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Steve
