ESS Security

Had an issue with our alarm (fitted by a different company) which needed fixing ASAP. Unfortunately ESS were fully booked up for a couple of weeks but the kind woman on the phone gave me some temporary fix advice which worked! She saved me a lot of time today and I'm so thankful, will definitely look at using this company when we're in a position to get the system sorted. Thank you. ☺️

Whoever is driving yc66kup 12:18 southbound on the m1 needs his licence looking at, so dangerously close to the back of the car couldn't move anywhere due to traffic both sides of us and he was that close we couldn't see below his windscreen and that was at 70mph . Absolutely dangerous driving if the driver has a dash cam review the footage if not then I suggest you have them fitted.

My alarm was ringing incessantly all morning after a fuse was tripped and two kind engineers came over very quickly to fix this. They were communicative, efficient and both identified as well as fixed the issue in no time at all. On top of this, the customer service on the calls were fab. I'll be using this service again if required and would highly recommend to others, too!

Had a problem with our door sensor this morning, Faye in the office was great and arranged an engineers visit this afternoon. DanB and Ish fixed the problem and carried out the annual service at the same time, friendly, professional guys, based on this experience I give them 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks!
