Luke D fixed a fault with our alarm. He was great and super helpful, doing a service for us at the same time, explaining some of the features of the alarm we weren't aware of. We've used TI Security a few times and have always been pleased with the care and level of service they provide

We had our alarm system and CCTV serviced yesterday and the engineer Luke was fantastic. From start to finish, he kept us informed with what he was doing and why, he was very knowledgeable about the systems we used and also provided us with tips on usage. What a great experience and we will certainly be using TI Security in the future.

My mum had an alarm system fitted by TI Security a few years ago. Since then Noel has come out and serviced the system annually. We have always found Noel to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as being as a really nice chap. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend TI for all of your security needs.

Have used TI for many years on all the properties I have bought. A few months ago I had a new wireless domestic alarm system fitted at my property. The engineer attended on time and explained what he had to do. The engineer did a first class installation and fully explained how to use the system.
