Cliff Top Park

Great place to live for over 50s... peace and quiet

We visit regularly to carry out periodic inspection and maintenance of the pumps and drains. The site is well cared for, clean and a nice place to be. The residents are friendly and courteous and sometimes make us a welcome cuppa.

Roads are Very narrow and some of residents think they can go the wrong way round the 1 way system because they live there and the office needs to be open more than 1 day a week theres no need for the speed bumps to be there and the entrance to the park needs to be a filter lane to be installed from ninelands lane coming up the hill to the park to be safer than braking and to be nearly rear ended by cars not going in the park

Clean nice place but bad roads network to get around or park if you are a visitor

Just the place for that getaway home. Why?
