Ashlands Veterinary Centre, Glusburn

Harry has been with Ashland’s for most of his 14 years of life. He loves all the reception ladies and knows where they keep the snacks. All the vets are very understanding of his ‘quirky ways’ and I feel really listened to when it comes to how to handle him for examinations/injections etc(he hates the table and simple things like kneeling on the floor with him have really helped- although he will ALWAYS hate blood tests). The veterinary nurses have always been great, gentle and reassuring to Harry for his monthly injections (the treats afterwards help). yesterday, Lizzie was extremely thorough and helped to find a solution for Harry’s ageing joints. Ana and Ellie have been his main vets for the past few years and the continuity in care is fantastic.

I brought my cat Jethro in for his annual jabs. I was called in quickly to see the vet. Both Jethro and I were treated with kindness and courtesy.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE AGAIN Thought i was going to have to say Goodbye to one of our elderly cats But they found the cause and treated him. Always go above and beyond ALL staff THANKYOU for looking after all our animals and being so friendly caring and professional xx

Been a customer for many years and would not go anywhere else. I trust this practice with my animals which is what anyone needs with their pets. Always give sound advice and don’t try to oversell products. The staff are extremely friendly both with owners and pets, altogether a first class service and cannot recommend highly enough. We drive around 20 miles to attend and will continue to do so. Far superior to our local surgeries!

Very caring service for all my pets (2 dogs and a cat) - Star (my Italian Greyhound) wags her tail and greets the vets, they are so good with her. I can wholeheartedly recommend
