Established in 2017, The Farmhouse, is a beautiful, family run, hundred acre estate, in the heart of The North York Moors National Park.

A luxury escape, we offer our guests unique, boutique accommodation, finished to the highest standard with the options of either being completely self-catered and private during your stay or else enjoying the full range of services available to those staying in The Farmhouse rooms - allowing you to choose the level of service and catering to suit your holiday.

Each of our cottages offers stunning views over the farm and surrounding moors and with every attention to detail, including a sumptuous Welcome basket, honesty bar, Egyptian cotton sheets, fluffy white towels and luxurious l’ Occitane toiletries we aim to make your stay truly special!

The Potting Shed
We are delighted to have launched The Potting Shed, our first luxury retreat for couples. An ideal escape for those wanting 5 Star service, stylish and sophisticated interiors and stunning views, alongside the delights of the surrounding moors and beautiful Yorkshire coastline. Set in a wonderful utterly private location, tucked away within extensive private grounds, The Potting Shed’s handsome timber cladding invites you into a beautifully finished open-plan living area.

The Stables
Due to open in Spring 2018, The Stables will be a luxury one bedroom barn conversion within the historic stone barns adjoining the farmhouse. Please do visit our website to find out more.

Our Location
Situated between Goathland village and the hamlet of Beckhole the farm is enclosed by ancient oak woodland and pastures and set within the amphitheatre of the glorious surrounding moorland. We encourage all of our guest to explore during their stay, whether walking, star gazing or sight-seeing and are more than happy to offer maps, guidance and advice on the area.
