When did this car park change to pay & display? Parked up at 13.30 returned at 14.30 with penalty notice on my car. Ticket issued at 13.46. Must have been sat watching me walk away. Sign says 2hrs free parking. Sign is missleading. 😒 I got distracted helping a disabled guy getting out of his car. Noticed after i got my penalty notice that the sign says display a valid ticket. How do you get a ticket for the free 2hrs?
Would give more stars but once again the EV charger is out of order. Also it has two EV spaces but one is dedicated to taxis, this is the case all over kirklees, hate cars unless they are taxis.
Good little car park, it’s free to park here. Gets very busy though so don’t expect to get a spot easily enough.
Needs monitoring as the 1hr stay for EV charging, been abused by the same selfish people leaving their car charging for hours on end thinking it's their personal charger. Needs over stay charge adding on the app to stop them
