This place is THE BEST place for a curry I have been to in all my years. Service is always excellent and the owner is very informative and friendly. Any dish can be altered to any preference you have and if you don't see it on the menu just ask and they will cook it for you. Low prices for high quality food and you take your own alcoholic drinks. Absolutely my fave place to eat in the UK
My partner and I make sure we eat here every time we visit our family in Goole. We adore the food which is well priced and delicious. We recommend the tarka dhal and the spinach and chickpea side dishes. This is an excellent BYOB restaurant. Whilst the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, it can get chilly when customers linger with the door open.
Orderd tika masala and chicken corma with rice chips and pashwari naam By far the worst takeaway food I've ever had Chicken Tika meat dry and the sauce didn't taste like it was cooked enough just warmed up. The korma had no taste no spice no flavour just bland and the chicken again was very dry The naam bread is better from farm foods Very disappointed. Won't ever order again and I do not recommend
Not sure whats gone on here - last year the best indian in the region, hands down without a doubt, just had an order delivered tonight and nothing like what it used to be. Garlic Nan had no garlic on it all, and the nan its self was something like you would buy off the cheap isle in a supermarket. My Garlic Chili Lamb was alright, but nothing special (used to blow me away), our lasses she just left it was that bad. I can only assume its now under new management it was that bad. Wow! I'd add a picture but you'd only get a photo of a wheelie bin if i did.
The first time I came last night. It was lovely inside. The staff very friendly and helpful. They brought the food out in good time. It was hot as in warm, tasty lots of flavour, very nicely presented looked very posh. It was good portions. Very good prices too. I never manage to eat a full curry but this time I did π I told the staff it was extremely nice very fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend and I would definitely come back without a doubt. Not all options are on the thing below, but i had chicken paneer, they do a lamb one but especially made me chicken one it was full of flavour and so nice, I had rice nice and fluffy, and garlic nann that was so fresh and fluffy, before that i tried chicken pakora and the slay dragon I have to say it was all so very nice. Certainly worth the travel from Bradford. Thank you so much. Kim
