Can’t fault the staff whatsoever - polite, friendly and efficient. Rates on savings always seem better than elsewhere which is my main reason for banking here. I do sadly feel Nationwide as a society seem to be encouraging customers to bank online more and more. I do hope this branch stays open and for those of us who prefer personal face to face service can continue to do so. Thanks to all the team at Goole.
Brilliant building society and lovely helpful staff been with the 16 years and will continue to use them
Been a customer for over 25 years with no problems,just recently every time I need to make a big transaction it’s bloody closed,not good enough Nationwide,needs to be open 6 days a week.
Good access, very helpful friendly staff, would recommend you try it and don't "forget use it or lose it"
