Hi buying car was easy. All instructions were easy to follow with all the paper work. And I had my car delivered in short period of time. The car was in very good shape, clean and looking good. I took it for longer ride and it worked excellent. I am very happy with service and I will use them again for sure. At the end all people with whom I talked were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent selection of cars, easy to use website, finance was quick and hassle free. Staff friendly and very helpful. Home delivery was spot on. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that after saying I didn't want the extra insurances and add on I kept getting texts and emails offering them which can be annoying

I would like to share my feedback regarding the vehicle delivery experience I had yesterday. The driver arrived exactly on time, which shows his punctuality and commitment to the scheduled appointment. He was friendly, respectful, and asked to see my driving licence for his records, which I completely understand and appreciate. However, I would like to point out a concern. When I requested to test drive the car—which is a completely reasonable and expected part of the process, especially for a paid delivery service—he refused, stating that I didn’t have insurance. This reasoning is incorrect, as I believe he should have allowed me to test drive it with the temporary registration plates, while accompanying me. It felt as though he was in a hurry to complete the delivery because he had another appointment, which led to him rushing through my handover. Considering the value of this order and the fact that the delivery service is fully paid (not complimentary), I expected a more thorough and patient experience. Additionally, while I found the car to be smooth and generally in good condition, I was very disappointed to discover that the air conditioning is not working efficiently. This was a big let-down. Could you please explain why this might be happening? Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope my concerns will be taken seriously and that appropriate action will be taken.
