Popped into Stoneacre goole for a diagnostic as my eml came on the dash - was looked at straight away and my car was back on the road the same day! Brilliant service from Emma, can’t thank them enough.
Three weeks ago I enquired by email about a Suzuki Ignis at a Stoneacre Suzuki Franchise (Chesterfield) only to receive a phone call saying it had been moved / sold to Goole Franchise but had become available again, we verified the car had arrived at Goole and, as this was closer to us we screenshot the original advert and set off to view / test drive the car, arriving 90 minutes later, we viewed it and as my wife was making arrangements to test drive it we were informed the price had shockingly increased in excess of £1000 had we known the price would not be honoured across the group we would not have made the 114 mile round trip PS when l complained at Goole l was infuriatingly told to “Have a nice day” PPS l rang Stoneacre Suzuki Chesterfield (unit 2) and they resolved the issue at the original price …5⭐️
Recently popped in to stoneacre Goole for a tyre light on the dash, they pulled it in straight away and got it sorted whilst I waited! Will be 100% returning
