Fantastic garage all round, great sales team and excellent after sales. Nothing is too much trouble and I can't praise the service team enough. Rest assured if you purchase a car from here you will be well looked after and thoroughly communicated with. The main person I dealt with was Emma in servicing, an absolute credit to the company. Brilliant experience buying a car from Stoneacre Goole. The sales person, Corey was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He explained all the specifications on each vehicle we were interested in so that we could make a decision based on our budget. Corey was not pushy in the slightest and had the patience of a saint while we looked over the options. I would not hesitate to recommend Corey if you are looking for a new/used car at Stoneacre. I recently purchased a new Ford Mustang from Stoneacre Ford Goole and the service I received went above and beyond. The personal service from the Sales team was incredible. No question was too hard, no amount of emails or phones calls were too much, it was just a pleasure. There a few hiccups along the way, for reasons beyond the dealerships control but wherever they could, the dealership would try to make up for any inconveniences and that truly made all the difference between a happy or disgruntled customer. I would very happily recommend Stoneacre Ford Goole and look forward to many years of interaction with my vehicle maintenance.
