Disgrace of a service. Don’t even care and don’t even deliver when they say they will. If you’re getting local deliveries, avoid dpd because they won’t deliver on time that’s guaranteed. My parcel was delayed for the following day, when I finally got a time slot for it didn’t even arrive that day. Again, please do not waste your time and go with a more reliable courier such as Royal Mail.
Garbage website can't even re arrange delivery keeps looping back to the dumb photo of my door, I always have issues with dpd. How hard is it to track a parcel and arrange a delivery slot, impossible so they think everyone can just hang about, I work by the way
Was expecting a parcel a few days ago. I wasn't going to be in. But dpd had a neighbours address to leave it. They ignored it and didn't drop my parcel off. Came the nxt day supposedly. I was in. No driver came to my house. Got security cameras...so the lying driver called Dean didn't come no where near my house. So to make sure I get my parcel I have had to pay £4.99 for vip delivery. Let's see if it turns up. Absolutely disgusting service.
RUBBISH , had a delivery for 5:11 to 6:11pm on Thursday, sat waiting, saw the DPD van drive by at 5:44pm , ( Reece the Driver ) no glance in our direction, probably breaking the speed limit, got a message a few minutes later saying sorry you were not in. Delivery rearranged for 3:05pm to 4:05 pm Friday, at 3:30pm got a message saying delivery driver can not find the address ( Reece the driver again ) although we know it was a lie, if you claim we are not in one day,( I was sat in view by our open premises ) not finding the address the next day proves it. DPD deliver to our address at least 12 to 15 times a month, sometimes 2 different DPD vehicles in one day. WE used to use DPD, often didn't arrive to collect our packages, and often had customer with the same complaint as I have.
Shocking waited in all day. Deriver went up and down road 3 times never got out of van. Never even attempting to deliver to my house and had audacity to say he left a card and didn't. Contacted EE and they are not very impressed either. So if Tomas delivers tomorrow as promised he will getting told he's a liar and needs sacking. The photo of delivery attempt
