I tried to book a doctor’s appointment for my 8-year-old son, who has been sick for a week with coughing and fever. Despite this, I was refused an appointment and told to go to a pharmacy instead. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

I am very unhappy. I have not been able to see my family doctor for 3 months. I have called so many times, and my husband has called too, but the administrator does not make an appointment with the doctor, the answer is - call tomorrow at 8 am. It is impossible to make an appointment in advance. My husband has had high blood pressure for a week now. Today he tried to see the doctor again, and the answer again is - we can't help, call tomorrow! Very bad service! There is simply no service!

Had an appointment today and all i can say is thank you. The doctor I saw was extremely thorough. Put me totally at ease and I know we’ll get both medication and health issues sorted so that my quality of life is improved.

Appointments are never on time, every time you have to wait for 30/40mins, even an hour! Later, once you have arrived & after the waiting they can decide to let you know that doctor won’t even be in.

I have been registered at this practice for the past 21 years and have seen many doctors and receptionists come and go. Not once have I met with any unprofessionalism or rudeness, and as the first point of call, every receptionist has been both polite and helpful each time I have called the surgery. I am grateful to each and every member of staff for all their hard work and dedication to helping their patients.
