Cynthia Macube was the one who dealt with, only 2nd time I have seen her which was many months before, but she still remembered she had seen me, she had listened and dealt with me effectively both times I felt seen and not as though as I was wasting her time which I can often do with one particular gp. Thank you for your help. Oh reception are usually always helpful with what they can be.

Any time me and my family ever need to see a doctor it’s always made so easy by the lovely ladies on reception! My son has been poorly quite often lately and I cannot fault any of the GP’s at Montague that have treated him these past few months and helped make him better. Thank you team Montague :)

When visting the GPS i feel it important to know the staff and haveing a choice I saw Dawn and her profession it great and she makes you feel at ease. As always going to Montague medical practice is i feel.a clean well organised safe space and the staff always try to help as best as possible.

Had a locum physician today and I must say she was lovely! I wish she was my doctor full time because she really cared and listened to me. She went above and beyond her duties by even providing me with equipment to dress my infected toe for once I had got home and washed it.
