Sold a house with Park Row Goole within a week of it going on sale for much more than we had anticipated. The team were very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Nicola chased the solicitors and rang us every week to keep us up to date with progress. Excellent customer service

Very very pushy when making offer for property you are interested to buy. Pushing thousands out as just few quids. Saying your offer is not good enough, seller won't accept it etc. Ours was accepted anyway as we didn't give in. One day they are sharing information about how many other offers they have on the property, next day they suddenly can't do that or saying different numbers. Far too many office people involved in buying/selling process. Nobody takes responsibility over miscommunication between their teams. Asked for solicitor recommendation, I never was informed other company named Move with us is involved to find us solicitor and fees applies for that so be aware. Then our solicitor disappears and other solicitor company is involved without our aknowledge. I found it out when Park Row sales team is asking with whom I am in the end. Move with us at this point is between 2 solicitor companies and can't figure out why our first one is not responding and why another solicitor company is involved. When I was done and found local solicitor to overtake our case, our first solicitor comes in touch saying she was on annual leave. It took us 4 months from seeing advert to finally getting keys, one month was lost due hell with solicitors and Move with us. So glad it's over now. Very stressful experience.

Sold our house with park row fantastic estate agents to deal with from start to finish, Amanda came out on her day off to get our house on the market, really made us feel at ease felt like I've known her for years, everyone who we have dealt with aliyah, luke millie Nicola pam and rest of the team have been amazing and kept us updated throughout at all times. Carl what a fantastic team you have it's been an absolute pleasure with you all ❤️

Offered on a property and was not informed that the vendors had chosen to accept another offer. Ended up finding out by browsing Rightmove and seeing the property marked as Sold STC. Had to call the branch myself to ask about the situation. Very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional, called twice to view a property, both times was told I’d get a call back but never did. Sent an email and Luke said back as we’ve told you before we can’t access the property. Had never been told this before as no one bothered to call me back. Cancelled viewings won’t view properties managed by park row whilst Luke still works there. Do not recommend
