We’ve recently purchased our lovely house through TC&C and mainly had contact with Colette, who has been amazing to deal with. They were very on the ball and we think the purchase went through in 8 weeks which we were delighted with (comparing to our agents selling our home who took nearly 6 months!). If the time comes to sell again we will be using these as our sellers and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you!

Quick to respond. Very helpful with questions and if unsure they find answers you're looking fore. Very professionally handled.well presentable. Well mannered. I definitely would recommend Clegg and Co. Istanbul Class company.

They don't even answer the phone. Tried getting through to them as I am moving out and need to drop my keys off with them but nobody answers the phones

What an absolute joke of a company. We are renting the same house through them for about 4 years now. Our radiator thermostat broke in the living room, and I've ringed them quite a few times about it in the last four weeks. They can't be bothered to at least get back to me with an answer if it's going to get fixed or not. We spend most of the day here with an infant and a toddler so we need the heating to work properly. The house has mould. After several complaints, I've got an answer basically saying if we don't like it, we can redecorate it on our expense. Worst estate agent company I dealt with so far..... DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! AVOID.

Absolute worst company in Goole. Whenever we have issues in our property, we ring them multiple times we we keep getting promises that they will get back to us but they never do. Our shower has not been working for weeks now, being the only shower in the house, and they "can't reach the landlord". I probably won't be able to reach my bank when rent is due! Stay away from these guys!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
