Jacob and team were so professional in handling my fathers funeral. From the first meeting Jacob explained everything in detail, helped us through our choices and just took care of everything. On the day the team were all so professional and respectful. I couldn’t recommend them more highly - thank you for making a difficult time more easy.
5⭐️ just isn’t enough for Jake and his team. They are absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make sure everything was how we wanted it to be, Jake was always there at the end of the phone, nothing was ever to much. The team were all very friendly and helpful. A very sad and difficult time made easier, the support we received from Jake was unbelievable, and it was a comfort to know that dad was in such safe hands. I would highly recommend Jake and his team to anyone that sadly needs your services. I don’t think we would have got through the last 3 weeks without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart
We recently held my mum's service at the chapel in C&W. Thank you to Jacob and the team for their professionalism and compassion throughout which made a difficult time bearable. Special thanks must go to Tanisha Lloyd who worked tirelessly to ensure every aspect was perfect, and it was. It was a beautiful intimate service, thank you ❤️

I've really struggled with writing this review as I know I can't put into words just how much Jacob and his team have done for our family. It was by chance that Jacob received the call the night my father in law passed away and I will be forever grateful that it was him. We had never been in the position we found ourselves in before and was at a complete loss as to what we needed to do. The feelings of shock and grief would come in waves and very difficult to navigate but I can honestly say Jacob and his team supported us and guided us through it all. The love and care they gave to Steve and showed to us was beautiful. Thank you again for being wonderfully you 💗
