Kwik Fit - Goole

I got my breakdown company to drop my car off late friday afternoon after a quick and extremely helpful phone call to kiwik fit Goole. I was really pleased when I was texted great pictures of the work needed and a pane call to confirm if could collect Saturday midday, fantastic service thanks all.

Amazing service from the Goole branch on Christmas Eve - literally saving our Christmas! We arrived late after a very long journey, just before closing time on the 23rd with what turned out to be two dangerous tyres with hidden damage. Dan was extremely helpful in inspecting the tyres, sourcing replacements and getting them delivered and fitted the next morning. The car was back on the road before midday on Christmas Eve, at an excellent price too! We can't thank you enough!

Extremely disappointing experience as a returning customer. I recently went back to Kwik fit Goole expecting the same level of service I’d had before, but this visit was a major let-down. After having my tyres changed, I noticed damage to one of my alloys. I approached the store and simply asked for the photos they take before working on the vehicle — something that should have been straightforward. Instead, the management at the store showed zero interest in helping or even listening. Their attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and honestly shocking for a company of this size. It felt like they just wanted me to go away rather than deal with the issue. The only positive was Kwik fit Head Office, who were brilliant. They actually took my complaint seriously and resolved the problem quickly. If it weren’t for them, this experience would have been even worse. Overall, the behaviour of the store management has completely damaged my trust. Not the first time I’ve heard people complain about the management of this specific kwik fit branch. I won’t be returning to this branch again.

Excellent service, very quick and efficiant. Marcus the assistant manager was Brilliant, knew what needed to be done and kept all the customers there informaed and the jobs movjng quickly, all with a smile and nice word or two.

Rang up on a Saturday with a damaged, flat tyre, thanks to a pothole. The excellent team here (special shout out to Craig and Daniel) we're professional, friendly, efficient and got me back on the road in no time at all. They even had my relatively unusual tyre size in stock. Fantastic service.
