Had my jeep serviced with them, but they didn't have software to delete the message from the dashboard. I've been told they ordered it and they will be in touch soon. They never called back, I went to see them 3 times, after that I've been told that have to be done online (why it hasn't been done on the day of servixe then?)and I have to leave my car with them for another day. I don't live locally anymore so I can't drop the car whenever, could do Wednesday but they couldn't. I've decided to find another place. Easy to take customers money, not easy to do a comprehensive job.
Great garage and friendly staff, had several services and MOT work done.. Special thanks to Alec for your help today, I appreciate it.
Just had our annual MOT, as usual all staff were efficient, friendly and polite. Reasonable pricing, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this garage.
Yesterday ,My car failed on its M.o.t.,they told me exactly and explained to me very well what it failed on,they loaned me a car. I collected my car early this morning.very pleased with fast service,the staff very helpful and polite,They took great care of me and my car as I have a disability .I will be returning in the future to get my car repaired. Prices for repair are fantastic.Thankyou.
Fast, efficient and a very reasonable price. Disks, pads, MOT and service all done in a couple of hours. Great customer service, too; a very professional operation. I will definitely be using them in future and would highly recommend.
