I usually have had good experiences with this garage (the reason I did not make this 1 star), but I recently took my car in for a coolant leak and the mechanic charged me £450 to replace a part in my car that he suspected was the problem. The leak continued and he agreed to look again, but still did not fix the issue. Having messaged him again I have received no reply or attempt to compensate me for his incorrect diagnosis.
Just had my 2013 2.2 Diesel Civic fixed by RS Motors, a bad ABS wheel sensor had gone south and sent four warning systems berserk. . Superb service, clear explanations of work needed and done and very fair price. Highly recommended.
My aircon stopped working. I took it in for a test and a leak was found. I booked it in for the following week. They rang me and told me what they’d found and how much it would cost. Brilliant service…
