Amazing, can not thank you women enough you helped me and my little boy so much, he hates getting his hair cut as a whole experience. Not only did you put me at easy but the way you treated my little boy ( 4 years old) was out of this world as a mum at breaking point and feeling like I was fighting a losing battle today I was so happy to have met you Tracey . You was understanding of his adhd and I could not ask for you to do anymore. I normally hate taking him for his hair cutting as it is awful seeing him cry but was so pleased with the way he was treated that I booked another appointment I will definitely recommend you to family and friends. Thank you so much again.
Have had Decisions as my hairdressers since it began a lot of years ago, even before it was renamed Decisions. Always was happy with the result. Very friendly staff at all times.
