I Been going to Echo for as long as I can remember, myself and my daughter have extensions and they are brilliant. I have seen Gemma start her venture with the hair systems and they are brilliant she’s fab. Not just my hairdressers but friends too x Photo is of my daughters hair before and after extensions.

Gemma, Garry and their team are nothing but friendly, professional and a home from home salon. They offer a flawless service and stop at nothing to achieve what they set out to do. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the salon is amazing place to have treatments. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I honestly don’t have enough words to thank Gemma at Echo. She didn’t just do a hair system replacement — she gave me a piece of myself back. Hair loss had taken a huge toll on my confidence, and walking into that appointment, I was nervous and unsure. But Gemma immediately put me at ease with her kindness, compassion, and complete professionalism. She truly listened, understood how I was feeling, and approached everything with such care. When I saw the final result, I was overwhelmed. It looked and felt so natural — I genuinely couldn’t believe the transformation. But more than that, I saw me again in the mirror. I walked out of there standing taller, smiling wider, and feeling like myself for the first time in a long while. Went in today to inquire about hair extensions The staff was very friendly down to earth even found the time in between appointments to give me a consultation Gemma and Garry was absolutely fantastic Would highly recommend.

Gemma, Gary and the Echo Team are absolutely amazing. So passionate about hair and ensuring their customers receive the best service ♥️ They use the best products, always give the best advice and guidance. My hair has never been in as good a condition. Feels like a pamper everytime I have an appointment. Highly recommend.
