Steve is one of the nicest trades people I have ever met. A gentleman who took time to explain the problem we had with our door lock, recommend an alternative solution which is more secure and should last longer. Parts had to be ordered, and his communication was excellent, even texting to say he would be a few minutes late to the appointment because of an over running job. He spent time doing the work and took care of our property, and we had a pleasant conversation. He cut extra keys "from the back of his van", carefully inspecting each one and getting me to check I was happy it worked in the both sides of the lock - certainly this element alone was a premium experience compared to "high street key cutting" and the inevitable second trip back to the shop! Finally, he adjusted the door alignment to make it easier to open and close, and showed me how to do the same should it be needed in the future. I feel confident the repair will last, and I feel confident in recommending Steve. A premium service, from a true gentleman, at a very fair price! Thank you Steve.
