There was a rude girl with orange hair who clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I asked her to show me the needle tips, and she said, “Just look over there, they’re already up there.” She mentioned the tips were expensive — do I look poor or something? I wanted to take a closer look at the product and she just threw it in front of me. Why do you hire people like this?

Helen is an absolute star, she goes above and beyond! She’s really is a super star and is a credit to the company!

Had the ear syringe service, I felt the lady providing the service wasn’t particularly competent. The room was not fit for purpose, no sink, no hand hygiene, I and to ask them to clean the equipment as there was a lump of wax on the ear syringe machine from the previous patient. The previous persons clinical waste was still on the table.

Last year I moved from another pharmacy to this one purely based on recommendations after my other place lost their pharmacist and never had any stock. I’m so glad I moved, the staff are so friendly and really really helpful. They have provided the best advice for me and my family over the last year and have gone above and beyond to get medications in they if didn’t have when I needed them and have stock of everything else. When needed to get advice from the pharmacist for my son was really lovely with him and made me feel comfortable. Really do recommend!!
