Tesco Pharmacy

Rude staff. Stood waiting 10 minutes for the pharmacist to stop chatting to her mate and serve customers. Handed over prescription from hospital and was met with an eye roll and attitude because the hospital hadn't filled it out to her liking. She went to speak to a colleague and came back saying I need a new prescription as they couldn't possibly prescribe it. Called GP and they prescribed it via their pharmacy straight away without seeing the prescription. At the same time a woman was being served with a little baby who was asking for something for the baby and the other woman was so rude, her attitude telling her 'we'd have to order it in and it's expensive, so no we can't help' Only used this pharmacy a few times because of how rude the staff are. No customer service or care.

Disgusting service from a rude woman who refused to sell iron tablets after showing them the message from my gp informing to buy over the counter. Asked to speak to the pharmacist who just hid around the corner and refused to help. Hopeless pharmacy that needs closing or re staffed. Went straight around to boots who sold them with no problem.

Heavily pregnant, going for a prescription from my consultant. The man was extremely rude, asking publicly a million questions. Caused unnecessary stress towards me. Never have been so stressed and embarrassed. Avoid at all costs. Now am missing out on my prescription that could cause my baby harm. Absolutely disgusted!

Sister went here to seek help, rude woman behind the counter announced out loud what they had asked for so other customers could hear, incredibly unprofessional and deeply embarrassing. Would not recommend.

After calling in at Tesco for my prescription, I was also told I could Not get my prescription as they do not have a pharmacist. I was given another prescription so I could take it anywhere. I took it to another pharmacy but was only given one item, and was told that’s all that’s was on the prescription. After calling the doctor, I was told the second item was still at Tesco’s in Goole so now I have to trail back up there from Hemingbrough again. I only went there because it was convenient as I could do my weekly shop and collect my prescriptions at the same time without having to go into Selby. What a farce!
