Ashley provided an excellent service and was able to trace the fault we've had on our oil fired boiler that others failed to find! We're both happy to be back in control of our heating, many thanks again Ashley.
Called these after a referral Saturday when I discovered a leak coming from my tank through my ceiling. What a service. Had the time to talk me through how to stop this probably saving thousands of pounds of damage and a possible insurance claim. Attended on Monday and replaced the tank but also communicated really well. Very courteous of the surroundings and helpful in giving advice. Can’t recommend these highly enough. Will certainly be my go to company going forward.
Cannot recommend the Service plan enough! Boiler stopped working last night at 8pm I emailed Thorpe Eco Ltd and Ashley was at my house at 8.10 this morning. He diagnosed the problem and sourced the parts. Boiler up and running again, less than 24hrs after I reported the problem. For £8 happy to keep it local Thank you so much!
We have called upon Ashley a couple of times over recent months, he has made the time to call quickly and sorted out the both problems we've had. Highly recommend using Thorpe Eco and supporting a local business 👏🏻
