After being let down by the original supplier of my air source heat pump and struggling to find a HVAC engineer to fix the issue, I (very fortunately) contacted YorServe (Dave, Joe and Sam)—turned out to be the best decision ever! After explaining the issue, Dave kindly offered to investigate. Dave and Joe called at my home quickly identified where the issue may lie. The guys took the ASHP to their workshop and managed to repair it over the Christmas period! I had been trying, unsuccessfully for months to actually get someone to look at it. These guys fixed it in a matter of days! Their level of commitment and professionalism is exceptional. Sam, in the office, kept me fully informed throughout. After refitting the pump and filling my hot tub, I noticed a small leak on the inlet leak. Although this was nothing to do with the ASHP repair, I asked Dave's advice and he immediately arranged for Joe to call the next day who quickly identified and replaced a perished seal. The full set up is now perfect! YorServe have genuinely gone above and beyond. I can only describe their service and customer care as outstanding. Without doubt, the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. Highly recommended!

Really impressed with the whole experience. From the first contact to the final handover, everything was handled professionally. Dave made the booking and survey straightforward, and Joe took the time to clearly explain the boiler and equipment, which was genuinely helpful. Easy to see why they’re so well recommended. Having never serviced my boiler since being fitted five years ago and wanting a radiator fitting in my conservatory a friend gave me a number and said call Dave, he’d sort me out no problem. Called the number and spoke to Dave, very friendly and booked me straight in at a time convenient for me. Had an engineer called Joe turn up on time and seemed very knowledgeable, he efficiently serviced my boiler, fit and piped the radiator. Very friendly guy who even had time for five minutes playing about with my dog. Would definitely recommend them. Won’t use anyone else in future.
