Goole Post Office

been to post office several times this week due do delivery not happening its the driver nothing to do with post office staff all been more than helpful and tried there best even when i rang up they were so helpful i asked for there names thank you Jennifer and mark for been so helpful ill definitely be reading revues with a pinch of salt from now on

The postmaster at this post office is one of the most disagreeable people I have ever had the misfortune to have met. How on earth he has managed to remain employed in a customer service role is utterly baffling. He is so incredibly rude, dismissive and arrogant that I expected it to be some kind of ruse or hidden camera prank. Being new to the area I have had no previous dealings with this loathsome individual, however after speaking to some of the locals it is clear that his reputation precedes him, with not a single person having a good word to say about his demeanor, service, knowledge or (total lack of) professionalism. Be kind to yourself and try to ensure you never have to use this post office if at all possible.

Absolutely terrible service. An archaic shop with out of date systems / policies. Lacking any customer focus / care or common sense. Don’t bother sending collecting your parcels from here, use an alternative location. There are much better services locally.

Went to renew driving license this morning and was greated by a lovely lady who dealt with me in a friendly yet professional manner. The place had a nice atmosphere and ALL the staff seemed quite pleasant & friendly.

Service was quick but as previous posts suggest the chap behind the counter seems to inflate prices where possible and does come across as being rude. I tried to make conversation with him and he just barked at me that he was very busy! Maybe just try and lighten up a bit dude - all of the reviews cannot be wrong!!
